Founder Shay Charles is passionate about interior design and looks forward to embarking on a creative journey with clients to bring their vision to life—no matter the scope or size of the project.

With over 20 years of experience, Shay has had the

privilege of collaborating with regional interior designers, general contractors, commercial property owners, real estate agencies, and individual homeowners across the United States. These projects have ranged from full-home and commercial office renovations to the design of individual living spaces.

Shay’s tenure with a leading national luxury retail

furnishings and design organization further refined an ability to seamlessly integrate furnishings, fixtures, and accessories into cohesive, inspiring environments. This luxury design background has been instrumental in shaping Shay’s approach and ultimately led to the founding of PCI.

Callie is the daughter of Mike and Shay Charles, the visionary founders of Panhandle Coastal Interiors LLC. With a lifelong passion for design and a keen eye inherited from her mother, Callie’s talent for transforming spaces has been evident from an early age. After building a successful career in the medical field, she was inspired by her parents' commitment and dedication to design, leading her to join the family business full-time in 2025. Now, Callie seamlessly blends her unique background with her creative expertise to bring fresh, thoughtful designs to life.
